Mat Pilates works on gently and effectively lengthening muscles eccentrically through dynamic stretching. This targeted strengthening and stretching exercises help ease tight muscles, improve flexibility, coordination, balance and general wellness.
My pilates philosophy, is centered around meeting the unique needs of each individual. Since I’m also trained in Neuromuscular Rehabilitation and Pilates Rehabilitation, I have more options than just Mat Pilates.
I first conduct an initial evaluation to assess your abilities, goals, and limitations. Using this information, I then construct a program that is specifically tailored for your needs.
Throughout our sessions, we will work together to adjust and modify exercises as needed to ensure that the program remains aligned with your evolving needs and goals.
