Using precise, controlled movements on the mat, clients discover muscles they didn’t know existed while gradually rebuilding strength and stability around the shoulder joint. This systematic approach helps reduce pain while the rehabilitative process emphasizes proper movement patterns, breathing techniques, and body awareness to prevent re-injury and promote long-term healing.
