Beyond Pilates, I specialize in rehabilitation to support your recovery & overall well-being

Rehabilitation, Neuromuscular, Your Golden Years.

I’m Sivan Alon, 36yrs old and the mother of two wonderful boys, ages 3 and 4.

And I speak three languages fluently: Hebrew, English and Russian.

After a rewarding 15-year career as a paramedic, during which I worked with patients who had disabilities or had undergone amputation surgery due to diabetes, I witnessed firsthand how movement can restore and rejuvenate the human body. Seeing the positive effects of physiotherapy and exercise on their physical and emotional wellbeing inspired me to become a specialist using Pilates.

I’m constantly looking for new methods and classes to improve my knowledge in this ever-changing field, continuing my education with therapeutic exercise and specialized neuromuscular rehabilitation training. This unique combination of emergency medical experience and movement therapy gives me a deep understanding of how the body responds to trauma, injury, and healing.

I blend classic Pilates principles with a variety of techniques to achieve optimal results, specializing in rehabilitative Pilates for those recovering from injury, illness, or surgery, as well as therapeutic programs for seniors and individuals with neuromuscular conditions. My approach goes beyond traditional fitness—I work with clients who have been told they “just have to accept” their pain and limitations, helping them regain strength, restore balance, and feel free in their movement again.

Whether I’m designing a private program or customizing a group class, my goal is to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each individual. I have seen countless times where Pilates has done magic to one’s body and soul. Whether you’re dealing with back pain, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, or age-related mobility challenges, I’m here to help you move better and live without restrictions.
