Studio Policy & Treatment Regulations –
1. Mat Pilates, Abdominal & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
General Guidelines & Arrival
Punctuality: Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before the start of the session in order to get organised and begin on time.
Dress & Hygiene: Please arrive wearing socks (textured or non-slip socks are recommended).
Health & Medical Declaration
Post-natal training: Post-natal participants are required to present an official medical clearance from their treating physician approving return to physical activity.
Health declaration: The participant declares that there is no medical, physical or mental condition preventing them from participating in physical activity in general and Pilates training in particular.
All participants are required to complete a full health declaration and to notify studio management immediately of any change in their health condition.
Cancellation & Change Policy
Studio cancellation: If a session is cancelled by the instructor, the participant will be entitled to reschedule or receive a full refund (if paid in advance).
Client cancellation: For a session booked in advance but not yet paid for, cancellation or changes may be made up to one day before the scheduled session.
Please note: No-shows or cancellations outside the stated timeframe will result in a charge for the full cost of the scheduled session.
Professional Qualifications
The trainer holds certification in Mat Pilates and Abdominal & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation from Campus Shaim – the Sports Centre at Tel Aviv University.
Graduate of a Rehabilitative Pilates course.
Graduate of professional training in Knee Joint
Assessment and Active Treatment.
The trainer continues to regularly further her education and stay current in the fields of movement, rehabilitation and adapted physical activity.
2. Neuromuscular Rehabilitation Exercise
Admission Requirements & Treatment Guidelines
Mandatory medical clearance: Participation in treatment is conditional upon presenting written medical clearance from the treating physician approving physical activity, exercise and movement. It is the client’s responsibility to undergo a medical examination prior to commencing activity.
Dress: Please arrive wearing comfortable clothing that allows full range of movement.
Expectation management: Neuromuscular rehabilitation exercise is intended to assist in improving function and reducing pain and limitations as much as possible. The treatment does not constitute a guarantee of any specific medical, therapeutic or rehabilitative outcome.
Medical updates: The client undertakes to immediately notify the studio of any change in their health condition.

For a treatment booked in advance but not yet paid for, cancellation or changes may be made up to one day before the scheduled appointment.

Liability Statement
Sivan Alon Studio hereby informs clients and participants that engaging in exercise, neuromuscular rehabilitation, movement, running, aerobic activity and any other physical activity inherently involves certain risks and may in exceptional cases result in injury or physical harm, even when the activity is carried out under professional supervision and with strict adherence to safety guidelines.
The client declares that they are aware that physical and rehabilitative activity involves certain risks and that they have chosen to participate of their own free will.
The client undertakes to provide full, accurate and up-to-date medical information and to report any change in their health condition.
The studio and trainer will act professionally, with reasonable care and in accordance with their professional training, however they do not guarantee any specific medical, therapeutic or rehabilitative outcome.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal, medical or other information provided to the studio in the context of training, treatments or completion of forms will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the service and in accordance with applicable law.
The studio will take reasonable measures to protect the privacy of information and will not transfer it to a third party without the consent of the client or participant, unless required to do so by law.
4. Payment Terms (General — applicable to all services)
Payment for all training sessions and treatments at the studio may be made by: cash, bank transfer or the Bit app.
Instalment payments are not available.
5. Acceptance & Agreement to Policy
Booking a session or treatment, participating in a session or treatment, and paying for studio services all constitute full acceptance and agreement to all terms of this policy.
The participant or client confirms that they have read the policy, understood its contents and agree to all its terms.
