A strong core acts like a steady foundation, making it easier to stay balanced no matter what you\u2019re doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In my Pilates class, you\u2019ll do exercises that challenge your stability, like standing on one leg or moving slowly while keeping your balance. These moves not only strengthen your muscles but also improve your focus and coordination. Over time, you\u2019ll notice you\u2019re more stable, whether you\u2019re carrying groceries or trying a new yoga pose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best part? Pilates is gentle and adaptable for everyone. You don\u2019t have to be a fitness pro to start.
